  1. For PowerMacs without Apple Guide extension
  2.  
  3. If you are not installing the Apple Guide extension on your PowerMacs, puriTEXT may not run successfully that lacks for AppleGuideGlueLib at start up.
  4.  
  5. If your puriTEXT has this problem on your PowerMacs, please locate the shared library on your hard disk as following ways.

  7. No need for 68K Macs.
  8. No problems on PowerMacs if installed the Apple Guide extension.

  10. How and Where to locate the shared library
  11.  
  12. Please apply one of the following ways to work out this problem.
  13. (1) Install the Apple Guide extension in your PowerMacs.
  14. (2) Otherwise no Apple Guide extension installed, please copy the shared library “AppleGuideGlueLib.PPC”  in your hard disk;
  15.     (a) at the same folder where the puriTEXT is locating, or else
  16.     (b) at the Extensions folder of your System Folder.
